Getting started
Macchiato is the front end for an AI agent you run yourself. Pair it once: open the app, tap Add agent, then scan the QR code your connector shows or type the pairing code. Your agent stays on your own machine; Macchiato just talks to it.
Common questions
- Voice and files: hold the microphone button in the composer to record a voice message, or tap the paperclip to attach images, PDFs, and documents.
- Notifications: turn new-message push on or off in Settings.
- Light or dark: switch the appearance in Settings; it can also follow your system setting.
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete account permanently removes your account and all data (conversations, messages, attachments, and linked agents) right away. This cannot be undone.
